I'm trying to understand why a person would intentionally mislead people at this point in the game. There is nothing to gain if you are or were a bondholder that was part of the take over attempt. I know all bondholders didn't have the same agenda.

I agree that if the noteholder had won with a 14% for shareholders after sweeting the deal we would have ended up with 0% when all was said and done. Even the headline about moving parties motion dismissed doesn't accurately reflect the situation. Judge Newbould has left the door open yet the hrading makes it sound like things are over.

I think I will depend on my own interpitation of the documents which gives shareholders more hope than they have had in a long time.
