At the suggestion of a friend here in Evansville, IN I bought my first 1000 KRY shares in December 1997 at a price of $4.69.
I sold, what I thought were my last shares almost 15 years to the date later at $0.065
To my surprise i discovered a while ago, I still hade 400 shares left in an obscure account and that is when I started visiting this Board again. I had no idea who Tenor is or what role they played in this saga.
That is why I am very grateful to IFY for posting this Court of Appeals link. I am not sure whether this document represents todays Status Quo, but at least I have some idea of what was going on. Not that it matters to me personally, Not for 400 shares. However, I talked my brother in Holland also into this fiasco and he still has 30.000 shares left, so I keep him up to date a bit.
And BTW, I think it is a crying shame that EZ was booted
