There really was no "theory." It was simply studying the history of CCAA and putting it all together. It's called due diligence, not misinformation. Back when all of this started, folks were way too attached (some still are) to conceive that CCAA is not beneficial to commons.

CCAA treats commons that way it does because that is the way it is. It's just business.
