Seems the DIP lender is PO'ed. Breach of Confidentiality. Moving Parties coming clean on their true intentions. This stuff is almost as good as the USA fuss for the White House.

So, are the courts closed now? Those moving parties sure could show their worth to those whom they profess to protect by giving an update, regardless it being good or bad news for them.
