La Asamblea Nacional busca recuperar entre sus competencias el control en la aprobación de la constitución de empresas mixtas y alianzas estratégicas entre compañías privadas y el Estado, con el visto bueno en primera discusión de la reforma del Decreto N° 2.165 con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley Orgánica que Reserva al Estado las Actividades de Exploración y Explotación del Oro, así como las conexas y auxiliares a éstas.
