2 things

1 - no way VZ has 5B to spare and why would GRZ even put out a dollar now knowing VZ cannot pay and the territory is disputed.

2 - if GRZ work in disputed lands, do they not open themselves up to a counter suit - interntional lawyers here?

Something smells funny.
