I agree. Belanger played his hand well, BUT, how many times has this deposit been handed out. This isn't over by a long shot imo. But maybe something will come of it, who knows any more. He must certainly have gotten some assurance somewhere that means something after getting shafted himself.

I feel Maduro's and what he represents' days are numbered in VZ and this could be a factor as well, with Belanger hoping for some legitimate governing party coming in in the not too distant future. That would bode well for all and everyone involved down there. But it's all speculation by a peon here.
