Seems the committee that wants to represent commons should want to take the opportunity to update commons on this situation. Motion & factum due Jan 11 went poof?

Been over a month since the motion for common's committee representation...

Site shows it dated Jan 11, 2016, but doc shows no date on it.

And, there is the Crystallex-Tenor responding factum...

No info from Crystallex-Tenor is, well, common. Maybe they got what they wanted.
