31 de diciembre de 2015, 12:42Caracas, Dec 31 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelaâ�Ös Mining Minister Eulogio Del Pino said today that the laws promoted by President Nicolás Maduro will encourage the implementation of the Project Magna Reserva Minero.
Del Pino referred to the approval on Wednesday of the Organic Law, which gives the State gold exploration and exploitation, as well as of other strategic minerals.
The Project Magna Reserva Minero will allow the quantification and certification of metal and non-metal minerals in the area of Guayana and this way we will keep using the successful model implemented by Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in the Orinoco Strip, the minister said.
It is estimated that there are potential reservations of up to 7 thousand tons of gold, which equals reserve for 70 years, del Pino said, adding that the company Minerven is already producing in that territory, and has the potential to increase production up to 20 tons yearly.
