Gotta luv those partial quotes ploutus. Might practice including the whole sentence, especially since you omit the part noting, "..., it really doesn't matter."
No secret squirrels involved? Might think again. Everyone knows of the "private" hosted board where rose colored glasses are required squirrel issue. The squirrels started their own board when their "insider" claims no longer worked here in the face of continued give-aways to Tenor. I'm not the type to out anyone, but it is a simple matter of connecting Tab 2A dots to tidbits of individual squirrel info revealed over the years. Again, it really doesn't matter. Good for them in trying to protect their own interests. Keep in mind, the committee comes at a cost to shareholders.
Trying to help the little guy? Be careful what you wish for. Tenor was promoted here (by squirrels, no less) as savior from the Noteholders. Current percentage value of 11.75'ish shows something wrong with that thinking. Now we see a motion for a committee representing the unrepresented? Truly a Hail Mary because, at this point, whatever Fung did is history. Screwing shareholders seems to be a theme here. Read any monitor report - "Applicant" refers to Crystallex. Mr. Fine's motion affidavit, in the final paragraph, shows committee/counsel costs come from the "Applicants' Estate." Nice.
But, really do hope you are right about the motion genuinely helping the little guy. The Moving Parties floated this motion. But, what about afterwards? Clearly, they propose their committee costs/fees be paid by the Crystallex Estate. Bottom Line - This committee will be paid for with what little shareholder equity there might be.
Still, hope to be wrong and little guys benefit in some way.
