That's OK IFY. I'm sure those are some of the documents that will be used to argue against the shareholder motions.

I'm really happy this is happening as I felt we would be completely eliminated to ZERO at some point. Looks like you wont have to do anything unless you want to opt out.

I think the judge will be sympathetic to the shareholders concerns, whether we get back to over 12% of the judgement is a question.

Has anyone over at the mine next door seen any of their money yet?
