I am changing companies for most financial services. If I close the account with the KRY stock (obviously not listed) what recourse do I have to transfer details to KRY?

Do I close and IF we get a cheque, what does the financial insitution do as I no longer have an account? (I recall stock certificates are no longer being issues by KRY)

Can I get KRY to update their records to send funds to another instituion or home address?

Have asked around but this one is kinda one off for me and it seems for everyone else.

Anyone have any insight?
