These people are obstinate. They will try to appeal. They won't ship the oil here if they know it is to be confiscated.

I would much rather see liens dropped on their monetary assets as there must be banking exchanges handling the crude oil transfers around the planet. The ICSID order can be enforced in any of the member states. I'm thinking a tanker full of oil is worth about 100M so 30 or 40 tankers full of oil, right?

I hope they hurry up with the decision because there are about 30 more companies seeking monetary damages.
