The case has plenty of strength to get such a ruling. The question has always been... Just how much of the pie, now down to less than 12%, will actually get to shareholders?

I think end game will be Crystallex-Tenor, if they cannot get the complete possible award onto their side of the table, has the shares cancelled. Typically, all's a judge needs to see is that the shares have been revoked and, POOF!, they are cancelled.
