Apologies for the long time frame before replying.

I get the impression that Venezuela is repatriating assets and selling off whatever might possibly be confiscated through whatever possible future ICSID judgements. Granted, the sale(s) may take time, but these Venezuelan clowns will most likely give it away before having it taken away. And, the Chavez blood line continues to haunt us. Don't know what the politics are of this Chavez, but most likely it is not good for anyone wanting to collect on any ICSID award. These guys will try any-and-every-thing possible to not have to pay out their ICSID awards. Just a sneakin' suspicion on my part.

I like DW's, Sloop's, and MoM's humor. A sense of humor helps in situations such as these.
