Never thought I would agree with you EZ, but in this case I do.

"I really don't think what happens with GRZ is relevant to our Crystallex case.....IMO"

GRZ is not relevant to the KRY case because Fung has reduced potential shareholder reward to such a degree that WE will only get crumbs, if and when the case is won.
