EZ, for me to have an educated opinion is an oxymoron since I own shares which wasn't a very educated thing to do.

From what I've been told this is what I'm useing as a guide line.

It is my understanding that there were written submissions that needed to be submitted by the end on March. The hearing is over and despite the delays caused by replacing 1 panel member things moved along fairly fast.

It is my understanding that the work load for the 3 arbitrators in our case isn't as busy as many other arbitrators.

Take it for what it's worth but I've been told CRY is happy with the way the hearing went. I doubt they would say anything differently but if things went well it was because CRY legal staff was well prepared for anything that might have caused a delay.

In my opinion it may be possible to get a decision by years end but history tells us we should be looking at early in 2015. My only concern with the timing of a decision revolves around how much more money we need to borrow and what the cost of that money will be.
