Your question was "Do you think the court will hold off to the political risk has died down?"

The answer is NO. The court won't take into account the political unrest that is happening. The case will be decided on it's merits and in the time frame it would normally take.

Your response of "ok why no if GRZ get a large decision you dont think it will help cry settle?" is about a different matter.

If GRZ gets a large award it may help push VZ to settle. Unfortunately, even thought settling would make sense the way I doubt Maduro will do anything intelligent. He seems to be more of a thug grabbing all he can than a president concerned abut the people.

GRZ getting a large award will be welcome news if only to set a bar to look at for future awards.
