ocean, i think the judgement will come down to pure politics.
imo, in the end, any judgement put on ven is probably going to have to paid by a world bank loan to venezuela. ven is probably facing over $30 billion in icsid judgements in the next few years and the fact is, ven does'nt have the cash or unspoken for resources to pay any more judgements.
that is not all bad news for kry. if the world bank wants to get ven back under thier thumb the higher the judgements on icsid cases the easier it will be to do.
my guess. you're looking at years. will shareholders ever get anything? i have a feeling this will pan out like a class action credit card suit. the management/bondholders etc./lawyers will make a ton but share holders will get a token check in the mail with a 20 page explanation of how the judgement was divided.
