Boy..... good thing Fung had the intelligence and discipline to leave us with the strongest possible case against Venezuela. Nobody was ever going to sucessfully mine gold on Las Cristinas or Las Brisas properties in Venezuela. He kept our contract legally in force through out this whole nightmare in Venezuela forcing Chavez to break every law in the books. That is probably why their own nominated arbitrator wants out.....just my guess. He realizes he'll look like a fool if tries to oppose his Canadian and American counterparts......Anybody that doesn't realize that is in denial and suffering from a severely damaged brain pan.....IMHO

Let's look line by line:

Unless you are privey to all the material before the ISCID arbitration panel this statement is not the truth. It is your opinion that we have the strongest possible case. I would suggest an audio recording of Hugo says he planed to take KRY money and then breach our contact would make our case stronger if no such tape exists. Outlined the verifiable facts of our case back with evidence to support these facts and then say we have the strongest case possible. I would also suggest having money in the bank in preparation for our case without mortaging the farm would have made our case stronger for shareholders.

If this is the truth like you claim why didn't Fung know this? Why did KRY mamagement continue to tell shareholders that the permit was coming when it wasn't? If suggesting it wasn't managements fault and it was all VZ then I would suggest management should have done better DD before believing Hugo.

I would hope this statement is true but since I don't know every law on the books I can't and you shouldn't be able to state this is the truth. Once again you are stating opinion and claiming truth.

At least you say here it is your opinion. We have no idea right now why VZ has asked for the removal of their arbitrator. The rest of your statement telling us all what the arbitrator thinks is simply amusing. While this is your opinion and you are entitaled to say it, it doesn't make it the truth like you claim. Could it be true? Yes but you have supplied nothing factual to support your over the top statement. Suggesting people have a severly damaged brain if they disagree with your opinion is not only silly but simply not true. Where is your eveidence to support your claim that people are brain damaged?

Why should it fan any flames, it's the truth and if you haven't come to grips with that by now you must be in Fantasy Land....which really isn't healthy.

EZ, I have come to grips with reality. Unfortunately you don't live in the same reality as I do. I've come to realise that if you really don't understand why your grandeous statements that you claim are true can fan the flame you never will.
