Feliciano is still on the tribunal with another case for Vz. He may be a strong advocate of the respondent there so they keep him because he is a good arbitrator with 25 years experience and must be well respected.

My best guess in our case would be that he either agrees or does not dispute a high award for Chrystalex which is why anyone who hired him would want to remove him. I'm sure damages had to be discussed in the final day of the tribunal sitting is why he was fired suddenly at the end of the week. It's positive for us.

"Anyone who agrees damages amount to $3.8 Billion is no friend of mine. The amount agreed to alone is evidence of representation against me rather than for me." (My words) To emphasise my point.

I have also read in other cases of ICSID where a member of a tribunal was not accepted by the other party and the request eventually denied. This one took a few months back and forth.

Our case should be setled within the month according with the ICDS article but not likely will amount to aanything except 2-0 ruling.
