EZ..... read the entire message, and also recognize why each side picks its own guy. They have someone who will present their side. He can vote against the other side, and against the facts, and almost surely would in this case, support his friends in VZ who selected him.

VZ knows, and I am sure he has so confirmed, that it will go against VZ, and so they choose a stalling tactic. His vote against the decision is what he will be paid for, and it makes no difference.
