That is possible but would it make sense for VZ to risk the other 2 judges denying their request for the disqualification unless the arbitrator was in collusion with VZ and wanted to leave? Human nature would lead me to believe that if the arbitrator was not disqualified he may be less likely to accept VZ's position.
