Actually that makes sense to me.

JC,

Strikes me that if there was a health issue, they wouldn't use the terminology of disqualification unless it was a mental disorder on there nominees part....Wouldn't they just release him from his duties if that were the case.....Disqualifying him sounds more ominus, doesn't it.
