EZ, I don't have the legal backround to answer so maybe NB will.

I will say that given my experiences in court their is no way of being sure of anything. I agree that we have a very strong case and see very little VZ could present that would risk us losing. The matter of compensation seems dependant on what side the arbitrators believe as to the value and what future profits will be allowed.
