I don't think that anyone on this forum would have first hand knowledg of how the distribution of a Court award would realy look like in our situation. Retail investers seem to be kind of at the bottom of the list, whilst Management and Institutional Financial arrangments are at the top. Be patient, you never know with this one ..................... I'm sure that there are more suprises comming our way.
