No im not missing the point, you are. JC takes the time to read all the material put out from the EY website and reports it back he also researches the CCAA laws and lets us know what according to those laws can or may happen.............hes doing you a favor!

My suggestion to you is if you dont like what he has to say dont read it

P.S. I would much rather know what could happen then to be suprised by something i never saw coming.
