JC, I was a supporter of the Tenor bid not because of a higher intrest rate but because the bondies time frame on the legth of the loan would have meant we would have not even made the court date on monday.

I would have been all in favour of the bondies if their ofer wasn't a back door way to eliminate share holders. Even the Judge recognised their low ball loan was suspicious.
