The victory against Vannessa Ventures should never have made it this far to be dismissed. Vannessa Ventures obtaining the VZ company MINCA from Placer Dome for $50 at the deadline in 2001 without the needed approval from VZ was a sham to start with.
I believe that our case is so much simplier but will differ to no_bear on his opinion. We have no claim to ownership of the land which VZ and other countries have fought as a sovereignty issue. We relinquished our land claim for a mining contract which has been broken.
