Fortunately, we are not under the standard ICSID Rules as in that case.

Our case is governed by the Additional Facility Rules (AFR) that has no provision for revision or annulment of the award as in the statndard rules.

Indeed, AFR Article 52 § 4 states that "the award shall be final and binding on the parties."
