The ICSID Tribunal issued a decision on some edges recognizes the right of the Venezuelan government to invoke national jurisdiction, as well as to establish a favorable tax scheme to the Nation, as it has been to increase the amount of royalties and Tax Income (income tax) paid by foreign oil companies in the country. However, the court also ruling that Venezuela "failed in its duty to bargain in good faith."

Looks like Oppy did a good thing when we gave up our property rights to VZ in favour of our MOA. The only thing from above that still applies is " Venezuela "failed in its duty to bargain in good faith."

If any of the settlement to Connoco or Grz are reduced because of VZ sovereignty we shouldn't have to deal with that issue. They broke our contract and signed a new one with the Chinese.

The only question is how much and how long until we get paid!!!
