EZ, I dont know how much it matters but Argentina has been a pretty close ally to Hugo. Mexico on the other hand had cemex. Chile? I'm much more interested in reading the case itself. my guess is that it applies to kry warrants and red glove. You may get a good foreshadowing in this case.
