For those of you who think the GRZ decision will influence the timing or outcome of our case, you should know that, for timing purposes, VZ has requested a hearing concerning GRZ valuations which has been scheduled for Oct. 15 and 16. That only buys VZ a little over 1 month time. That is the only way VZ deals with reality. They just keep kicking the can down the road.
