The plan is...CRRC will provide the capital and unblock the permit process. Crystallex will provide the studies and engineering. In return KRY gets one third.

How could this not happen...CRRC had billions, China was Hugo's best friend in the whole world. KRY had a good record in Vevezuela. Enough gold for everyone. It was all figured out.
