and the purpose of that is what?

you think people are lining up to try and buy our .07 stock only to find out that they can't buy in on the deal of the century?

whether delisted or not shareholders still exist.

If you believe we are worth $0 then accepting an offer os $100 for all your shares should seem like free money. Interested? I'm sure we could get some sort of arrangement made.
