Nobody trusts VZ anymore and that includes the Chinese. I understand from a trusted source that China has set up their latest $4 billion dollar loan to VZ so that the money is paid out on a percentage completion basis. Example---when the project is 5% complete---VZ will receive 5% of the loan. It's now produce or you get no money.
