Looking at both ICSID cases for awhile and it seems the GRZ case is moving along at a good pace while we are stuck in some long-term bickering about juristiction or documents.

Sure would like to see something indicating the KRY panel has moved onto the next step beyond these document arguements.

And to answer the other current topic- IMO they won't pay and we will have to enforce a payment through the court system.
