Thanx. You're right that I understand little of this whole process, but I have yet to find any mention of awards resulting in seizures or payment, other than Elliot Management's ultimately unsuccessful attempt to seize Argentina's Libertad, and a partial payment from Chile which I imagine is also totally different.
