I don't see it as a positive that you think Kry will keep any settlement and not pass it on to us peons either by enabling us to trade or distribution.

I disagree with your theory and don't understand why you would ask others to contact Kry for you. You said:

I have posted that I did ask Kry what their plans were with the money even before we got into the no trade zone. I was told they were planning to pay out the money and close up shop. You have a different opinion which is fine but not sure why you need someone to do what you could do by calling or emailing. I can't guarantee you will like their answer or even believe it but at least you will have it from the horses mouth. You said:

I'm no fan of management at this point but I will defend them in terms of keeping shareholders alive. There may be different opinions on why they have fought in court to keep us alive but irregardless of the reason we are alive.

The noteholders plan would have paid management the same percentage as they get now under the Tenor deal so we have been considered by management.

Itemus47 did respond to your post with the possibility of a class action suit should Kry keep all the money like you think they will. If you are wrong then we don't have to do anything. If you are right we have a recourse to take.

You may think I'm fooling myself by thinking we will be able to capitalize on a settlement or award by either trading or pay out. I think it is just as foolish to believe Kry will get half a billion and make it impossible for shareholders to take advantage of the money.

Not sure what I personally can do other to tell you what Kry told me. Call for yourself and see if you get the same answer. We are all correct some of the time.
