On some level I wonder if Fung is working in collusion with Tenor whereby some of this money that Tenor has already paid is being handed back to them under the door. Tenor claims it then needs a greater percentage and hands the money back in an appearance to be refunding the company. What has Fund & Co. done to spend all those millions and be broke again?
