Didn't RM also say that the suspension was just a, "mistake," by the SEC?

From what is currently known, from the SEC - not my opinion, is that US stock is revoked. Revoked means cancelled, not unregistered. Again, US shares possibly fungible in Canada.

Unless the company publically outright states, "US shareholders have NOT lost their position or their claims to arbitration settlement or award distribution," rumors are rumors.

What position or claims, exactly, do commons have to the arbitration settlement award?
