Looks like an SEC "Stay" in a not-so-funny sorta way.

Seems, if anything, this is material and a more detailed company disclosure is warranted.

Lack of disclosure always makes on wonder.

The company thumbing their nose at the SEC after being suspended really makes one wonder.
