My opinion, and what I think on CRYFQ, really matters not. That opinion has been previously posted here. Shareholders do not know why this is in Greys, for one reason - no company disclosure as mandated by the SEC. CRYFQ knows full well why the ticker was suspended, so what is the big deal for management to say so, along with that they showed up to the mandated hearing? And do it before someone digs it out of some SEC legal proceedings list. If non-disclosure is acceptable because that is the way it has always been - Ok. Some call it a red flag because the SEC has rules in place for the protection of those playing stocks.

I posted a link verifying that disclosure is mandated by the SEC, as this situation is, "material." Not in my opinion, but according to the SEC. Shareholders can choose to take it, or leave it and think for themselves. Sure, I imply things, to get folks to think for themselves. What shareholders decide is always up to them. For uber-longs who will stick it out no matter what, it is all white noise. However, uber-longs should still be on the lookout and know of any and all pertinent information.

I'd be suspicious of backroom rumors claiming CRYFQ's suspension being a clerical error and/or SEC mistake. If so, why does the company not PR it as such? Fact is, the SEC suspended the ticker for being in arrears of filings, and the regulations show that even though the company has since filed, the company is still considered in default. When Silver Dragon was suspended (September 2012), CRYFQ may have been spotlighted because of Fung's association with SDRG. Is suspending CRYFQ the SEC's way of showing their authority and making an example of a ticker? Who knows. If the SEC revokes CRYFQ, it is typical for the Canadian authorities to follow suit, but not always. Could this all be some devious plan by Management, Tenor, Bondies to use the sytem to their advantage? Maybe. Maybe not. No one really knows. Still, people should understand the risks associated with the situation, despite the fact they really do not know what the eventual reward will be.
