SPOKANE, WA, March 14, 2013 /CNW/ - Gold Reserve Inc. (TSX.V:GRZ) (NYSE-MKT:GRZ) (the "Company") announces that as of the close of business today the Company's common shares will be suspended from trading on the NYSE MKT (GRZ).
