We may not hear anything new until May 17th assuming Crystallex has meet all the Judges conditions which included give a response to the noteholder by Feb. 21st and mediation by March 5th.

May 17thn will be just under 6 months from the ICSID hearings in November.

Hopefully us average joes will get some information before May 17th but if history repeats all we will see is anything posted on the monitors website if they feel like posting it.

On a positive note I believe that if we can avoid destruction with the noteholders through the courts until 6 months out from the hearings we should be able to keep them at bay until after the hearings.
