Think in terms of what the BOD thinks finances need to be used for and the order of their importance.

I think that the BOD salaries and the Arbitration costs would definetly take precident over how comfortable we are about being Grey versus Pink.

Actually since there are no MM's setting the ask/bid, the Greys seem to offer at least the possibility of a larger swing in PPS for those who want to trade.

Are we sure the suspension is about filing late or funny accounting? Or is it about something else in those sealed papers or inside info being passed?
