Sure- the Venezuelan ministers are appointed by Chavez. I'm not denying they have their own greedy motivations, while Chavez had his own master plan going too. Of course the Venezuelan minister had to say, (was instructed to say) that the existing contracts are still valid, because announcing "we are breaking the contract" in 2005 would be hard to defend even in their corrupt court system. Remember, at this time Crystallex is still providing infrastructure to Venezuela, if his master plan was to F%&k us why would Chavez say anything? We have a contract signed by Venezuela and Crystallex that's why we are at the ISCID. Does anyone here think Venezuelas defense of their actions at the ISCID is that Hugo's appointed Ministers did not have the legal athourity to enact a contract?
