Chavez never told KRY, or publicly stated, KRY would mine LC. In fact he never said one positive word about KRY.

If you check back on my posts from years before, I warned everyone about the wording that KRY was using in regards to the Chinese deal. They said that assurance were "sought". They never said those assurances were received.

All along the way I was deceived (repeatedly) by KRY management and I was too greedy, too stupid and too hopeful to accept that reality. Fung and company got richer on their lies and I got poorer. My fault, not theirs. They played the game well.
