JC, the point is?

Greywolf has the shs whether it's less than 2010 or 2011,12. I think what matters here mainly is how much is held at less than 4% by other holders.

Still we wait for the SEC to grant trading again on the OTC.

Have you called RM and asked whether or not they have contacted them? Can we assume the "greys" are irreversable or will the company be compliant?
