This means it is not all that bad...

YES, it could very well all be a mistake... at least concerning filing of fins up to date.

For some reason CRYFQ did not use SEC Form 40F.

So, need only 2012 audited and filed, which is actually not yet due.

Doable in 10 days? Who knows. May not actually be applicable.

But, remember, the SEC may be concerned about accuracy.
